For physical items such as hardware tokens, USB tokens, or physical DSC media, orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order summary and expected delivery details.

Matrics Digisign partners with reputable courier services to ensure your items are handled with care and delivered reliably. Physical shipments are dispatched through recognized domestic and international carriers depending on your selected shipping method and destination. Standard and expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, and shipping charges will be calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected speed of delivery.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method chosen:
